Correlation - Challenger disaster

You certainly remember the Challenger disaster on January-28, 1986. This terrible accident was due to some broken seal rings of the booster rockets. Each booster has 3 rings, if the third one breaks, the boosters will explode. Click on the image on the left to find more information on the accident.
